The business to be transacted will be as follows:-
  1. To receive and accept Minutes of the last Annual Parish Meeting
  2. To receive the report of the Parish Council for 2020/2021 from the Chairman
  3. To receive the report for the 2020/2021 Parish Open Space Committee
  4. To receive the report for the 2020/2021 Memorial Hall Joint Committee
  5. To receive the report for the 2020/2021 West Wight Sports & Community Centre.
  6. Questions at the discretion of the Chairperson.
