A new defibrillator has been installed outside the Parish Office. This was funded by the West Wight Men in Sheds 2022.
Totland Parish Council working with the Community were successful in obtaining five defibrillators in 2017 and their locations are as follows:

The Needles Battery
The Waterfront, The Esplanade, Totland Bay
Colwell Beach Public Toilets, Colwell Chine Road, Totland
Memorial Hall, Avenue Road, Freshwater
Shalfleet Stores
Care homes around Totland also have a defibrillator and are usually within the care home.
Totland Bowling Club have one within their building – accessible when open.
