John Howe
It is with the deepest sympathy that Totland Parish Council announces the passing of one of our past Councillors, John Howe.
This is a sad loss for our community, and we extend our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and worked with him over the years.
The Parish Council is grateful for his service, dedication, and commitment to Totland. They will be greatly missed.
